The personal data mentioned above will be processed for the following purposes under the relevant provisions of the Turkish Commercial Code, the Distance Selling Agreement, the Consumer Protection Law, and other applicable legal regulations:

  • To communicate with customers regarding the conditions, status, and updates related to the contracts we enter into under the Distance Selling Agreement and Consumer Protection Law
  • To organize records and documents that will serve as the basis for transactions in electronic (internet/mobile) or paper format

  • To resolve potential legal disputes

Your personal data may be transferred to relevant departments within the institution or to the nearest dealers as needed. Personal data may also be shared with third parties in compliance with legal regulations and for the purposes mentioned above

We collect personal data via verbal, physical, or electronic means in accordance with the Turkish Commercial Code, the Consumer Protection Law, and other legal obligations related to the legitimate interests of the company

As per Article 11 of the law, you have the right to request the following from LeMarr Group :

  • Request information about your processed personal data
  • Learn the purpose of processing and whether your data is used appropriately
  • Know the third parties to whom your data is transferred
  • Request correction if your personal data is incomplete or inaccurate
  • Request the deletion or destruction of your personal data as per the conditions stated in Article 7 of the law
  • Request notification of any corrections, deletions, or destructions to third parties to whom your data has been transferred
  • Object to the processing of your data if it leads to an adverse outcome through automated systems
  • Request compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing of your data
